1. About this stage
Charfeed is currently in pre-launch. The Site provides information about an upcoming platform for digital characters and allows you to join our waitlist to be notified at launch. No paid products or services are available at this time.
When our platform launches, we will publish updated Terms of Service and a Privacy Policy that will govern your use of the full Service. You will be asked to review and accept those updated Terms before accessing the launched platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eternity Cat, LLC and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability, if any, will not exceed USD $100.
