Welcome to Charfeed. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website at charfeed.com (the "Site") and any related services currently offered, such as our waitlist and newsletter (collectively, the "Service").

Charfeed is operated by Eternity Cat, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("we," "us," "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

1. About this stage

Charfeed is currently in pre-launch. The Site provides information about an upcoming platform for digital characters and allows you to join our waitlist to be notified at launch. No paid products or services are available at this time.

When our platform launches, we will publish updated Terms of Service and a Privacy Policy that will govern your use of the full Service. You will be asked to review and accept those updated Terms before accessing the launched platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Site during the pre-launch phase (which is currently limited to informational pages and a waitlist). Joining our waitlist does not constitute a contract for services, but you represent that the information you provide (such as your email address) is accurate.

When the full Charfeed platform launches, the minimum age to create an account will rise to 17 on iOS and Android (Apple App Store and Google Play rating 17+) and to the equivalent age on the web, reflecting the inclusion of Suggestive-rated content. Adult content and services are prohibited on charfeed.com and in the Charfeed mobile apps. Additional eligibility requirements will be set out in the updated Terms of Service published at launch.

3. Acceptable use

You must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these Terms. It prohibits adult content and services, child sexual abuse material (CSAM), intellectual property or proprietary rights infringement, and violent extremism. These prohibitions apply to public and private content, paid content, direct messages, and AI chats, including AI-generated material.

When using the Site, you agree not to:

• Submit false or misleading information;
• Use automated systems to abuse forms, submit multiple waitlist entries, or scrape content;
• Attempt to compromise the Site's security or functionality;
• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.

4. Intellectual property

The Site, including its visual design, logos, text, and all related materials, is owned by Eternity Cat, LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. "Charfeed" and the Charfeed logo are trademarks of Eternity Cat, LLC. You may not use our trademarks or copy our content without our prior written permission.

5. No warranty

The Site is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your expectations. Information about our upcoming platform is preliminary and subject to change.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eternity Cat, LLC and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability, if any, will not exceed USD $100.

7. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wilmington, Delaware.
